WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - An 80-year-old woman is now officially charged in a car crash that killed a mother and daughter in East Wichita, but her charges and bond have raised questions about how her case is being handled.

Monday, 80-year-old Clowie McLaughlin appeared in court for the first time since the August 31st crash, where she's accused of drinking and driving -- causing a fatal three-car crash at Central and Greenwhich that resulted in the deaths of 41-year-old LaShea Bell and her 25-year-old daughter A'Niah.
