HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Slightly cooler temperatures today... still above average for this time of year.

DISCUSSION:

On Tuesday, temperatures are expected to cool slightly from Monday as cloud cover builds across the region. There is also a very slight chance of showers during the midday hours for our southern counties. High temperatures will reach the low to mid-80s, dropping to the upper 50s and low 60s overnight.

For the middle of the week, Wednesday will continue to experience slightly cooler temperatures compared to this past weekend, remaining in the low to mid-80s. We can expect mostly sunny skies throughout the day, continuing a dry streak across the region.
