CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Have you seen him?

A statewide Missing Adult Alert is in effect for a 78-year-old Cincinnati man who suffers from dementia, police announced Monday night.

John Brough was last seen driving away from his home on Coralberry Court in Mt. Washington around 2:30 p.m.

“Mr. Brough suffers from dementia and law enforcement is concerned for his safety,” police said in the alert bulletin.

He is described as 6′0″ tall and 230 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Brough was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts, and black gym shoes.

The vehicle involved is a tan 2008 Ford Escape with Ohio plate number JUF4727.

Call 911 if you see Brough and/or his SUV.
