APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is celebrating its 10th season with the Center Stage high school musical program.
A record 34 high schools are participating.
“Growth like this is a testament to the popularity of this program and how much it’s valued in our community by educators and students,” chief audience development officer Doug Tiede said. “Over the past 10 years we’ve seen many incredible performances. More importantly we’ve seen students find their voices and build confidence.”

The Center State high school musical season will culminate in a Tony Awards-style showcase on May 16.
