IOWA. (WBAY) - The world’s largest concrete gnome celebrated its 15th birthday in Iowa.

Elwood, the garden gnome, was originally built in Wausau, Wisconsin, and stands 15 feet tall from the soles of his boots to the point of his hat.

The birthday bash festivities include a gnome costume contest, a happy birthday sing-along, and plenty of sweet treats.
