ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A beloved small-town restaurant in Banks County burned to the ground over the weekend.

According to a GoFundMe , Tiny Town Restaurant in Homer caught on fire Sunday. Photos of the aftermath show just charred planks left behind.

Now, the community is trying to raise money to rebuild the restaurant and support its owner, Sherrie McQueen, alongside her staff.

“Let’s come together and help these wonderful people and members of our community who have graciously served us day in and day out,” the online fundraiser says. “We will miss Tiny Town, but we will still have the memories.”
