Auburn football held its third practice viewing period of the 2025 season Tuesday morning.
During the hour-long practice session, AL.com focused on the entire defensive unit as the Tigers prepared for their first-ranked conference game of the season.
Auburn coach Hugh Freeze spoke about Auburn’s defense during Monday’s press conference, highlighting a rise in miscues on that side of the ball against South Alabama.
“Defensively, we still held a team to I think 3.3 yards per rush or so — so that’s solid. Definitely could clean up a lot of things," Freeze said. “Our missed assignments went back up, which we’re not happy with. Got to get that certainly cleaned up before Saturday.”
