CARTHAGE, Mo. — Carthage residents and business leaders gathered at the corner of Second and Grand streets Tuesday to break ground on the future home of the Carthage Farmers Market. They hope it also will serve as a new gathering place for the community.
Construction workers have already started dirt work at the site where the Kolpin Family Pavilion and park will be built at that intersection. ×
