LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- An 18-year-old from Lafayette has been arrested for allegedly possessing child sexual abuse materials.
Christian David Mobley, 18, of Lafayette, was arrested for three counts of felony child sexual abuse materials under the age of 13.
Officials said they started their investigation after they got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with Attorney General Liz Murrill's Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations.

Mobley was booked into a Lafayette Parish jail, and his bond was set at $25,000.
