BROOMFIELD, Colo. (KKTV) - More than 30 grams of meth were seized, and two people with active warrants were arrested on Monday night, according to the Broomfield Police Department (BPD).
BPD said officers were in the area of West 121st Avenue when a vehicle with a headlight out was spotted.
Police said they followed the vehicle into a parking lot and contacted the people inside.
According to police, a 30-year-old woman inside had an outstanding warrant out of Greeley and had more than one gram of meth.
A 41-year-old male inside the vehicle had an outstanding warrant out of Westminster and possessed more than 30 grams of meth and a gun, according to BPD. Police said he was prohibited from having a firearm due to an aggravated motor vehicle theft conviction in Adams County.
