LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A Louisville man is facing charges, accused of impersonating a CIA officer during a traffic stop in the Highlands last week, and other times, as well.

Louisville Metro Police Department pulled over 55-year-old David Christopher on Sept. 11 in the area of Bardstown Road and Lakeside Drive.

According to an arrest slip, an officer saw Christopher heading north on Bardstown Road without a valid license plate and pulled him over.

When the officer spoke with Christopher, he told police he did not have a valid license because it was "illegally revoked."

Court records say Christopher told police multiple times he was a CIA officer and had shirts, hats, money clips, and a wallet that had CIA on them. He then proceeded to show the officers a card that read "Association of Form
