LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An Anderson County man was found guilty last week in a 2005 rape case in Louisville.

On Sept. 11, George Wayne Aldridge was convicted of rape (first degree) and sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to a Kentucky State Police news release.

Authorities say Aldridge must serve 85% of the 15-year sentence before he is eligible for parole. He also has to register as a lifetime offender on the sex offender registry.
