COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KWTX) – Two people were found dead with gunshot wounds Tuesday morning at a car wash in College Station, Texas, in what police say was a murder-suicide involving a separated married couple.

According to College Station Police Department, they received multiple 911 calls just before 9 a.m. on Sept. 16 about gunshots in the area of Longmire Drive and Deacon Drive.

According to witnesses, a male and female were found lying unresponsive in a car wash bay.

CSPD Patrol officers, a Texas Highway Patrol Trooper, and College Station Fire Department personnel responded after the first calls came in. The exact location was determined to be Wings Carwash & Washateria, located at 1801 Deacon Drive.

Officers say both individuals had gunshot wounds and were pronounced deceased
