HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A chance to win a trip for two to Japan by racing rubber duckies all for a good cause.

Thousands of the bath toys will fill the Ala Wai Canal on Saturday for the 36th annual Great Hawaii Rubber Duckie Race.

The race will start Sept. 20, at 1:20 p.m. behind the Convention Center.

The fundraising event helps raise awareness about cerebral palsy. All funds will be donated to the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii.

You can adopt a duck to race for just $5 or a you can purchase a Quack Pack for $30 which includes 5 ducks and a t-shirt. The $100 VIP pack includes 40 duckies and 1 t-shirt.

The top 50 finishers and racer in last place will win prizes.
