CLEVELAND — As Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) prepares to undergo a massive transformation in the coming years, a new study from J.D. Power revealed that the airport is still presently struggling to provide travelers with a satisfactory experience.

The 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study from J.D. Power measured overall passenger satisfaction with mega, large and medium North American airports by examining their experience across seven core dimensions.
