During Helena Moreno, Oliver Thomas, and Royce Duplessis discussed solutions to the city's infrastructure issues, including potholes, drainage project priorities, and called for major reforms at the Sewerage and Water Board.

The debate opened with a message from Broadmoor resident Ryan Shapiro who is concerned about road work on his street.

"We have this pothole that became a sinkhole—I believe. I've reported this probably three times now over the last year and a month. Over the last, I would say, about three months, they've been doing all kinds of road work over this whole street... But for some reason, this sinkhole, nobody sees it.… I pay a lot of money to live here, and this isn't part of the plan, the payment plan, ya know."
