OREM — Olivia Bishop was walking near 800 West and 800 South in Orem when she came face-to-face with a man she now believes was Tyler Robinson, the suspect accused of killing political figure Charlie Kirk .
“I kind of realized the type of street I was on — a little bit more secluded,” Bishop said.
She retraced her steps with KSL TV, describing the eerie moment she believes she saw Robinson just before the shooting.
“He was limping… wearing a long black shirt. I remember thinking it was kind of weird — it was super hot outside,” she recalled.
From his expressionless face to the unusual clothing, Bishop said something felt off.
“It was kind of odd. Now that I think about it, it’s just very chilling to me,” she said.
That chilling feeling intensified after Bishop read the charging doc
