KANSAS CITY, Mo. — KC2026 is looking for more local volunteers to help with the World Cup matches at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City next year.
CEO of KC2026, Pam Kramer, is responsible for overseeing the host city duties for the event, which includes six matches at Arrowhead Stadium, one of which is a quarter-final.
"Volunteers will be our ambassadors to the world," Kramer said. "So one of things that we want to highlight is the way we live here, the way we greet people, the way we welcome people—that authentic midwestern hospitality that we have. And there are no better people to do that than the people who are part of the region who understand it and experience it everyday.
"We want that impression to be authentically Kansas City, authentically Midwest."
