PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WKBN) - The Pittsburgh Steelers announced multiple roster moves on Wednesday morning.
The team signed defensive lineman DeMarvin Leal to the active roster from the practice squad. In a corresponding move, the team place defensive lineman Isaiahh Loudermilk on the Reserve/Injured List.
In addition, Pittsburgh also signed linebacker Ja'Whaun Bentley, receiver Isaiah Hodgins and tight end Matt Sokol to the practice squad.
The Steelers also released tight end J.J. Galbreath and receiver Rakim Jarrett from the practice squad.
Leal was selected by the Steelers in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In three seasons, he appeared in 28 games, recording 31 tackles, three tackles for a loss and one sack.
