DURHAM — One week after Charlie Kirk was assassinated on a Utah campus, students and community members gathered at the University of New Hampshire on Sept. 17 to pay tribute to Kirk, a figure credited with galvanizing legions of conservative youth into an electoral force .
UNH's College Republicans, Turning Point USA chapter, Americans for Prosperity and state Rep. Sam Farrington, R-Rochester, worked to organize and promote the event. They had help from the county and state Republican Party.
