MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A youth tennis coach is accused of transporting a minor to have sex.
Prosecutors say Benjamin Tyler Sory transported a child under 18 years old across the interstate with the intent to engage in sexual activity around April 5.
He was federally indicted in August.
Sory is a youth tennis coach who was at one time listed as a coach for Briarcrest Christian School.
Action News 5 has reached out to the school for comment and to ask if he was still employed at the time of the incident.
Sory was released on a $50,000 bond, with a GPS monitor and on 24/7 lockdown in his home.
