SUGARCREEK, Pa. —

A 75-year-old bus driver in Venango County is facing charges after allegedly telling students “I am going to cook you all,” then turning on the heat.

Sugarcreek Borough Police Department said multiple parents made complaints after their children came off a bus from school extremely sweaty and crying on Wednesday. Advertisement

The students told their parents Harvey Sliker, their bus driver, told them to close their bus windows and turned on the heat to punish the children for their behavior.

After closing the windows, Sliker allegedly said “I am going to cook you all.”

According to officers, with the windows up, heat on and the outside temperature of 74 degrees, inside the bus can reach between 95 and 100 degrees.
