SUAGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (Gray News) - A Pennsylvania school bus driver is facing criminal charges for allegedly threatening the children on board.
The Sugarcreek Borough Police Department said numerous parents reported that their children came off the bus on Sept. 17 “extremely sweaty” and crying.
The 75-year-old driver, identified as Harvey Sliker, allegedly told students to close their bus windows, according to Sugarcreek Borough police. Sliker is then accused of turning the bus heat up as a form of punishment for their behavior.
“I am going to cook you all,” Sliker allegedly said to the children.
Investigators suggested the temperature inside the bus could have been up to 100 degrees.
