The Westport soccer team has won four straight to start the season, after crushing Wareham 5-0 in a league away game on Thursday afternoon.

Tiago Rodrigues scored a pair of goals to lead the Wildcats in the onslaught. Austin Raposo, Landen Novo and Carter Couto also scored for Westport who held Wareham to just three shots on goal. Senior goalkeeper Elijah McGonigle made 15 saves as Westport staved off Durfee 2-1, in a non-league home game at Russell Davis Field on Tuesday afternoon. Roposo, the Wildcats' junior striker scored the winning goal for Westport in the victory. Landen Novo assisted on the play. Durfee scored the initial goal on themselves. A cross came into the goal box, pinged off a Durfee defender and bounded over the keeper's head and into the goal.
