MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Shelby County jury found Daireus Ice guilty on all counts in the 2018 kidnapping and rape of a 4-year-old girl.

The 29-year-old was found guilty of organizing, directing, and filming the sexual assault of the child.

Ice and co-defendant Antoine Wilson, 35, were arrested in 2018 and charged with Rape of a Child, Especially Aggravated Exploitation of a Minor, and Kidnapping.

Wilson has already pleaded guilty to all the charges.

In opening statements of Ice’s trial, prosecutor Devon Dennis described the case as “a parent’s worst nightmare.”

The now 12-year-old victim testified during Ice's trial, recounting the assault and its impact on her life. Her mother and brother also provided testimony, while family members remained in court throughout the proceedings.
