NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) β€” Fentanyl is a main contributor to overdose deaths in Davidson County, but it can be difficult to successfully hold people accountable for supplying drugs that kill someone.

"You just don't know if today is going to be the last day," Michelle Dixon said.

Isabella Garrett, also known as Bella, loved unconditionally. At just 18 years old, she died from an overdose of fentanyl.

"I think in the beginning, she truly thought she was taking Percocet," Dixon said.

Sadly, stories like these are all too common. In Davidson County, last year, data show there were 356 drug overdose deaths due to fentanyl.
