Central Pennsylvania residents can expect above-average temperatures this weekend , but a significant chance of rain developing Monday and Tuesday.

The weekend will start with mostly clear skies and warm conditions, with temperatures reaching 70 degrees in northern areas and climbing above 80 degrees in southern parts of central Pennsylvania. The high in Harrisburg today is expected to hit 83.

By Sunday night, a moist easterly flow will bring low clouds and the potential for fog. Overnight temperatures will be higher than previous nights, in the 60s.
