Criminal contempt: Davonne S. Dunlap, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:24 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, and charged with criminal contempt of a court order (five counts), all felonies. Dunlap was transferred to another agency.
