The Jets have elevated rookie QBBrady Cookand SDean Clarkto the active roster for Sunday's game vs. the Buccaneers.

With Justin Fields in concussion protocol, Tyrod Taylor will get the start in Tampa. Cook, who will be active for the first time, will serve as Taylor's backup.
