COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Crews with the Kershaw County Fire Service battled a 4-acre woods fire in Lugoff Saturday afternoon.

According to fire officials, a bulldozer was requested from the South Carolina Forestry Commission, which helped to plow a break around it.

Officials said smoke is expected to last for a few days, however.

Several units responded, but the fire service said they have since cleared the scene.
