LEXINGTON — Kentucky football is exactly where most projected it would be three games into the 2025 season. UK is 2-1, with a pair of wins over Mid-American Conference opponents ( Toledo and Eastern Michigan ) and a loss to Ole Miss .

With the Wildcats ' first open date of the fall occurring this week, coach Mark Stoops said he isn't necessarily treating it the same way he would in the past, seeking advice from colleagues around the country.
