HADLEY, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - The Hadley Police Department released a statement on Friday evening regarding the near miss accident on Rocky Hill Road.

The police say that they have received a tip from another motorist who gave the police the license plate number from the vehicle seen in a video almost hitting a girl attempting to board a bus.

The Hadley Police Department was able interview the driver on the same day. The driver was unaware that the incident was being publicized and admitted fault with an apology.

Charges will be filed as a result of the incident.
