SALEM Ore. (KPTV) - A man from Montana is accused of vandalising about 70 luxury cars across two Salem dealerships last week, according to the Salem Police Department.
According to police, on Sept. 11, a suspect was caught on camera damaging about 35 cars at the Mercedes & Acura of Salem on Commercial Street Southeast. The total cost of the damage was estimated to be about $55,000.
Then, on Sept. 14, police said a “similar incident” happened at the BMW of Salem on Van Ness Avenue Northeast, where the suspect damaged another 35 cars, costing about $100,000. Police noted that about 20 people were also victims of the vandalism at the dealership.
The suspect was identified as 32-year-old Brian Del Werner of Kalispell, Mont. He was arrested on Monday by Portland police for DUII and other cha
