BLOOMINGTON, IND. — Broadcast of the primetime showdown between No. 8 Illinois and No. 17 Indiana began on the streaming service Peacock, according to NBC Sports, and quickly was moved back to NBC.

NBC is broadcasting the game between No. 24 Notre Dame and Purdue, which was delayed nearly two hours earlier Saturday by inclement weather.

Because of this, NBC pushed the start time of Illinois -Indiana 20 minutes to 6:50 p.m. and pushed broadcast of the showdown to Peacock. Soon after making the announcement, NBC decided to instead push ND and Purdue to Peacock and begin Illinois-Indiana on NBC. Watch Illinois vs. Indiana on Peacock

"Coverage of Illinois/Indiana will begin on NBC on most stations at 7:50 ET. Notre Dame coverage will continue on Peacock," it wrote in a post 6:46 p.m. C
