HOUSTON, Texas (KBTX) - Texas State Senator Paul Bettencourt (R-SD7) was critical of former Texas A&M President Mark Welsh’s “inconsistency” in a statement released on Friday.

In a post on X, Bettencourt said Welsh’s initial response to a widely-circulated classroom video was “unacceptable.”
