BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A local band based out of Bryan/College Station, “Soft 2 Touch” is a musical group that started off as a duo of guitar players.

“About 4 years ago, we decided to start jamming together,” co-founder Joe Romanowski said of his first bandmate, Brian. “Then, jamming started forming into writing original music and practicing a lot more together.”

The group later expanded, adding Natalia Jones on bass and Mason on the drums.

“We are all grad students at Texas A&M University,” Jones added. “We’re working with our community and just trying to branch out and see what the music scene is in this town.”

The group describes its style as alternative rock, although it doesn’t fit neatly in a single genre.
