The losing streak against Northwest Missouri State University on the gridiron was extended to 30 games as Missouri Southern State University fell to the visiting Bearcats 21-14 Saturday at Fred G. Hughes Stadium in Joplin.
It was a game the Lions (2-1) gave themselves an opportunity to win. After falling behind by two scores for the first time all game, they answered with a quick four-play, 75-yard drive that took just over a minute off the clock. ×
