The six best mates that make up Aussie rockers Ocean Alley have spent 10 years together evolving as a band, and now fans get to hear their growth through their new album Love Balloon.

The globally renowned band — consisting of Baden Donegal, Angus Goodwin, Lach Galbraith, Mitch Galbraith, Nic Blom, and Tom O’Brien — released their fifth studio album on Friday, and its 10 tracks take fans on a journey through life and love in all its complexity.

Keyboardist and vocalist Lach Galbraith said the album was written with honesty and explored where they’ve come from and where they are now, as each member experienced personal milestones such as welcoming babies into the world.
