NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — According to the latest REMAX National Housing Report, Nashville was one of the top five cities with the most new listings last month.

The real estate company took a look at year-over-year changes for several real estate markets across the U.S. The report found the top five markets with the greatest number of new listings to be: • Omaha, Nebraska, with a 19.5% year-over-year change • Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a 13.4% year-over-year change • Manchester, New Hampshire, with a 7.7% year-over-year change • Wichita, Kansas, with a 7.5% year-over-year change • Nashville, Tennessee, with a 5.4% year-over-year change
