ROCHESTER, Minn. — PossAbilities is set to expand with an innovative new model of care called the Possabilities Achievement Hub, announced by Executive Director Susan Mackert at the agency's annual gala, A Night of PossAbilities. Mackert emphasized the need for a place where children and adults with disabilities can build confidence and thrive.
