CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns got some good news and bad news before Sunday’s game against the Packers.
All-Pro left guard Joel Bitonio was deemed healthy enough to play with his sore back, but All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin was ruled inactive for the second straight week with his sore right elbow.
Bitonio, who sat out practice all week, went through a pre-game session with a staffer to test the back, and looked like he’d be ready to give it a whirl. That was confirmed an hour later when the inactives list came out.
