The walk to Medfield’s Calvin Fisher Memorial Field is always intense, the crowd roaring as the team descends the hill to the turf.

Senior running back Brady McCormack is looking to make his last few trips to the stadium count.

“It’s always electric,” McCormack said. “Just walking down there. All the kids line up right beside you. When we’re coming down, they’re patting us on the back. Growing up, being one of those kids? It means a lot, being able to perform and win games for them. Like last week, we scored 50, which was amazing. I know all those kids loved it. It’s a great vibe, having everyone there.”

McCormack went off in Week 2, gaining 229 yards rushing on just nine carries and racking up four touchdowns in a 50-21 victory over Dracut on Sept. 12.
