MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - The man accused of killing his girlfriend and then throwing their two-day-old daughter into the Mississippi River more than three years ago will stand trial in court Monday.
Brandon Isabelle, now 28, is facing two counts of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse/ neglect, and aggravated kidnapping.
The DA’s office says that on Feb. 1, 2022, Isabelle lured his girlfriend, 27-year-old Danielle Hoyle, to meet with him in Memphis’ Whitehaven neighborhood and bring their newborn daughter, Kennedy Hoyle.
Kennedy was just two days old.
