PAGELAND, S.C. — A 13-year-old was hurt in a shooting on Sunday in Pageland as shots were fired at multiple locations throughout the town, police said.

The juvenile was struck while inside a home on Joseph Street around 6:40 p.m. and was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Pageland Police Department.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire in separate areas of the town, including W. Sewell Street, Joseph Street, and Bundy Robinson Circle. Police said they quickly took two juveniles into custody in connection with the shootings.
