The Massachusetts Parole board was impressed with the man’s involvement in rehabilitative programming, getting his bachelor’s degree from Boston University, being disciplinary report-free since 2012 and living at a minimum-security facility for more than 18 months. He also scores low risk on the LSCMI risk assessment tool.
