As of this morning, Hurricane Gabrielle is located about 210 miles southeast of Bermuda and is rapidly intensifying, with sustained winds near 90 mph, making it a Category 1 hurricane.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) expects Gabrielle to become a major hurricane (Category 3 or higher) by Monday night as it continues moving north-northwest at 10 mph before turning northeast.
While it poses no direct threat to Florida or the U.S., Gabrielle is expected to generate hazardous surf and rip currents along Bermuda and parts of the U.S. East Coast.
Meanwhile, two other tropical disturbances are being monitored in the Atlantic.
