Alden restaurant opens at Phoenix Art Museum. What to expect

Phoenix Art Museum welcomes a new restaurant, Alden, on October 1.

Alden replaces Palette , which closed after a decade in May 2023. The restaurant is a collaboration between CS Hospitality — the group behind Kaizen Sushi and Silo Tempe — and Monica X. Castillo, who's worked with establishments such as La Grande Orange Pizzeria, Chelsea’s Kitchen and Parlor Pizzeria.
