CONNECTICUT (WTNH) — Poke sold at Costco stores in Connecticut was recalled by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) due to possible listeria contamination.

Kirkland brand Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke with the pack date of Sept. 18 and sell by date of Sept. 22 is the recalled product. The product was sold at the deli section from Costco stores in Connecticut and 32 other states, according to the FDA website.

The recall was initiated because green onions that were used in the product tested positive for listeria.
