Singer-songwriter Halsey says her label is putting a hard stop on her releasing new music.

Starting in October 2025, Halsey will begin her tour for the 10th anniversary of her debut 2015 album “Badlands,” after the release of her latest project “The Great Impersonator.”

Unfortunately, fans of the singer may not get new music from her in the near future. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music , the singer revealed that she is not working on new music.

“I can’t make an album right now,” Halsey said. “I’m not allowed to.”

The singer explained that“The Great Impersonator” didn’t do that well, and has struggled with her label, Columbia Records.
