REKLAW, Texas (KETK) -- Lake Striker Resort is asking community members to donate gently used or new life jackets to ensure safety while on the water.

The resort said its life jacket loaner station is running low and needs help supplying life jackets to those who need them. They are accepting donations of gently used or new jackets of all sizes.

"Every donation helps protect lives and lets more families enjoy the lake with peace of mind," Lake Striker Resort said.

Donations can be dropped off at the marina, or those interested in donating can contact the resort to coordinate a pickup.
